  1. Click on the ​ mceclip0.png

  2. Click on History, and click History at the top. mceclip1.png

  3. Click on the Clear browsing data, in the left-side column.mceclip2.png

  4.  Choose All time and click Clear data.

NOTE: Make sure the boxes next to Cached images and files and Cookies and other site and plug-in data are checked.

  1.  ​Click on the mceclip8.png

  3. Click on Privacy & Security in the left hand column. 
  4. Under Clear browsing data, click on Choose what to clear.mceclip10.png

For Internet Explorer mceclip14.png

  1. Click on mceclip15.png
  2. Click on the Internet Options.                                                             mceclip16.png
  3. Under browsing history, click on Delete.

  4. Choose want to Delete.

For Mozilla Firefox mceclip21.png

  1. Click the menu button and select Options. mceclip22.png
  2. Select the Privacy & Security panel.
  3. In the Cookies and Site Data section, click Clear Data….                                                                          mceclip23.png
  4. With Cached Web Content check marked, click the Clear button.
  5. Close the about:preferences page. Any changes you've made will automatically be saved.
