Submitting Training Upload Requests to COSD

  • Submit a ticket to the Cornerstone team via Zendesk. Ensure the Form is Enterprise Systems and the request is Cornerstone - Training - Upload from Articulate/Rise 360
    • Please make sure you have these questions answered before submitting the ticket.
      1. When is the expected launch date of the training?
      2. When does the training need to be completed?
      3. Is this an ad-hoc or annual training?
      4. How long does the training take to complete?
      5. Do you have a list of users/positions who should receive the training?
      6. Name of Training
      7. Description of the training



  • Once the ticket has been submitted and all the required fields have been filled out. Please allow 5-10 business days for the request to be processed.
  • If it is determined asynchronous training is appropriate for your training and is to be deployed in Cornerstone, the following steps must be completed.
    • Schedule an initial design meeting with the Talent Development team (by emailing talent@kipptexas.org) to cover: 
      1. if asynchronous training is appropriate for you, 
      2. proper design elements,
      3. Intended audience and outcomes
      4. Roles and responsibilities re: tracking, follow-ups, deployment
    • Timeline for Talent Process (4 weeks) 
      1. Once the request is processed and the Articulate 360 platform is learned, you have 2 weeks to complete your Asynchs
      2. Once complete, flag Talent for review and allow a 1 week turnaround window
      3. Once feedback is provided, you have 1 week to implement feedback and then flag Talent for final review  
  • If you need access or assistance with Articulate/Rise 360 please contact the Talent team @ talent@kipptexas.org 
  • Once approved, the Cornerstone Admin team will upload the training and meet to discuss roles & responsibilities: tracking/progress monitoring. (Timeline 2 weeks)

 

Note: The entire process will take approximately 6 weeks.
